Robert founded and led training industry success stories Lifespring, ARC International and Extraordinary People, with over 1,300,000 graduates from their high-impact experiential trainings.  He worked in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Mainland China for a total of 21 years. 

He is a Baden Powell Fellow of the World Scout Foundation, a Fellow of the World Business Academy and serves on the Board of Directors of Plant It 2020.
